Glass doors open from the living room onto the Giant 12'wide X 55' long back deck which runs the entire length of the Chalet. Outside, enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the 5-6 person hot tub. Cook a barbeque on the grill. Also provided are rocking chairs, tables and chairs for your pleasure. Enjoy the Milky Way on the deck or from the Hot Tub at night! Don't forget to bring your binoculars or telescope for the family astronomer. |

large gas fireplace adds warmth to the evenings. The caramel
colored stone fireplace has an electronic timer control. Dimmable
wall lighting adds ambiance & charm.

Upstairs contains a spacious loft with plenty of windows. Known as the "Horse Room" relax or read in the comfortable glider rocking chair. There are various books and games. The loft provides additional sleeping with its full size futon and queen sleeper sofa. |

"Well, We just got back from Helen Vacation, We stayed at the luxury Mountain View Chalet, Wow this home is fantastic! What a pretty house. The view of the nearby mountains was so beautiful, we felt like we were up in the clouds. We saw a black bear and deer from the deck area. I wish I could live there. This house is the best place we have ever rented and the town of Helen is beautiful. We went tubing and had a lots of fun. We shopped at Wildwoods, ate at the Old Bavaria restaurant and tasted wine at the Habersham winery. We made a day trip to Chattanooga to see Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium. Policies
These policies are subject to change. The rental management company reserves the right to make policy changes at time of check-in.
Check in time 4:00 P. M. Check out time is 10:00 A. M. Any other times must be cleared in advance.
Because we border the national forest, No fireworks are allowed, and No hunting or discharge of firearms.

Rental of the Luxury Mountain View Chalet constitutes your contractual agreement to the policies listed below. It is our goal to provide you with the ultimate vacation experience in harmony with the environment and our neighbors.
The Luxury Mountain View Chalet is located in an upscale quiet residential community, as such noise levels are to be kept to a minimum after 10:00 P.M. No College "house parties" are allowed.
RESERVATIONS POLICY - Two night minimum reservation. We can take your reservation by phone. Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. We accept Visa and/or MasterCard, and American Express. The balance is due upon your arrival. Sorry, no pets allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY- All bookings are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation fee. Your deposit is refundable up to 30 before arrival. Please contact the management office for more details. We will try to rebook any cancelled dates with other guests if we can. Please understand that trying to refill last minute cancellations are difficult, especially during off season.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 4 PM - Keys are not available until the unit is ready for occupancy. Arrangements must be made in advance if an earlier check-in is desired, subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10 AM
PHONE CALLS -The Luxury Mountain View Chalet is equipped with local telephone service only. Guests agree to make all long distance calls with a calling card. Please do not remove the telephone book from the premises.
NO-SMOKING- This is a smoke free rental and any smoking inside will forfeit your $500.00 deposit.
PETS - No pets are allowed on the premises. Bringing pets on the premises will result in the loss of the guest's security deposit and immediate eviction.
NO HOUSE PARTIES, Rental guest understands and agrees that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25 only. Occupants in use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors in any manner.
Fireworks or Discharge of Fire Arms is Prohibited! The is located in the National Forrest and use of firearms or fireworks is strictly prohibited by law (no hunting allowed). Any complaints pursued by the local police or White County Sheriffs Office shall result in the loss of security deposit and immediate eviction.
Cooking- Guests shall not bring or use any personal electric or gas appliances on the property. Do not bring Deep fryers, Turkey Cookers, or Smokers. We have already incurred damages from such items. These items are a safety hazard and a fire hazard. A full kitchen is provided and there is a gas grill on the rear deck. All cooking shall be done in the kitchen or on the grill only. Do not move the gas grill from its location.
DAMAGES - Guests shall leave premises in neat and undamaged condition. All cooking and eating utensils must be washed and put away. All food must be removed from the refrigerator and cabinets. All garbage must be put in the garbage cans and not left scattered around the cabin. Furniture must be placed in its original location. All items have been inventoried.. Please inform management of any nonfunctioning or damaged items when discovered. Smoking is not allowed inside of the Luxury Mountain View Chalet. Failure to follow these rules will result in loss of deposit and/or additional charges to the guest's credit card.
All children must have adult supervision at all times.
POLICY VIOLATIONS - Any guest found to be in violation of any of the above policies will be dealt with accordingly.
The Luxury Mountain View Chalet is an upscale vacation rental unlike any others in the area. Please take care of the unit during your stay so that others may also enjoy it's beauty & amenities.

Local entertainments includes: Numerous Parks, Waterfalls & Hiking, Innsbruck Golf, Horse back riding, OktoberFest Music & Dancing, River Tubing in summer, Fishing, Romp the Corn Maze in the fall. Lots of Shopping in the local gift shops. Local restaurants include- Bavarian, Mexican, Gourmet, Fast food & American dining of Steaks & Seafood. So much to do so little time, or just relax on the deck and enjoy the clean mountain air! Enjoy the apples and peaches, and don't forget to visit the corn maze!
